Expatriate Pension Service

The Expatriate Pension Service (“EPS”) is an unrivalled retirement benefit package for employees who work outside the United Kingdom.

The EPS falls within an approved piece of pension legislation which is recognised internationally as a genuine pension arrangement and satisfies the criteria established by the Pension Scheme Office Overseas Scheme Section.

The EPS is suitable for individuals who intend to return to the UK at some time in the future.

  • All growth and income within the EPS is tax free
  • There are usually no social security costs for the employer
  • No limit on annual contributions - no minimum retirement age
  • No requirement to buy an annuity

Stellar Asset Management is able to offer a “one stop shop” for EPS participants, which include its establishment and administration. However, the individual pension scheme will require investment advice and the trustees have the flexibility to appoint an independent financial adviser to assist in this regard.
