The Stellar Baltic States Fund LP

It is difficult for foreign investors to gain exposure to the Baltic market from overseas. Seeing the market first hand on a daily basis provides an essential advantage, particularly in understanding changes and developments in the different sectors and regions. Equally it is essential both to have strong local contacts and to be known locally as an informed investor.

Investing through The Stellar Baltic States Fund LP allows smaller sums to be invested as part of a larger portfolio, offering diversification across both sectors and countries that cannot be readily achieved by one investor acting alone. In addition, having a ready pool of equity is a major advantage in this market.

Objective

The Fund’s objective is to capitalise on the property market which is developing in the Baltic States. Investment in this region remains attractive and the objective of the Fund is to provide investors with a return of 15% per annum.

The First Stellar Forestry Fund LP

The First Stellar Forestry Fund LP has now closed to new applications after a successful fundraising. The fund is now looking to acquire woodlands and once it is fully invested, we will look to open a second fund.

The aim is to have a forestry fund available at least every year so that advisers can always offer this product to their clients.

Stellar are also looking to provide other Inheritance Tax mitigating products ranging from our recently announced Enterprise Investment Scheme to more asset backed trading opportunities. To receive information on our products, as they become available, please email Gordon Pugh (gordon.pugh@stellar-am.com).
