Jeremy Giles

Founder and Senior Partner, Jeremy Giles LLP

Jeremy is an accountant and business adviser who specialises in business structuring and succession matters. He designs and builds bespoke structures for his clients. He has links with a high number of top-quality professional firms who refer him regularly to their clients.

He trained with City of London firm F W Stephens, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1999. Before this, he worked in his family’s international commodity trading business and afterwards worked in industry as financial accountant for a national mortgage lender.

He returned to public practice in 2002 joining a Kent based firm of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisors where he developed his skills in owner managed business tax planning. Jeremy has held several posts as Head of Tax at other firms and has now returned to his own general practice firm doing what he loves best; helping clients plan their lives so they pay the right amount of tax.

Jeremy is married with two children.
