Introducing the Stellar Club for investors
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Stellar Club, a new loyalty club exclusively for our investors.
We have launched the Club to give investors an opportunity to see how their capital is deployed firsthand and to enjoy the benefits they afford. This initiative also aims to support financial advisers in building closer relationships with their clients.
The Stellar Club – Luxury getaways, golfing adventures and much more
The new Club provides a range of benefits including preferential rates on the hotels and golf courses owned by our investors and managed by Stellar. This includes the four-star Murrayshall Country House Hotel and Golf Club in Perthshire and Paultons Golf Centre, Hampshire with its Championship course and Toptracer Range. Club members can also enjoy preferential rates with our hotel management partner, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, across the UK and Europe.
Other Club benefits include early access to off plan-sales for our residential property developments, including ‘The Oaks’ in Essex and ‘The Barker Buildings’ in Northamptonshire. We have entered into a joint venture with Homegrown Property Development to convert the former Barker Shoe factory in Northampton into 68 residential apartments, branded as ‘The Barker Buildings’, which range from studio to two-bedroom apartments.
In addition to showcasing the assets we manage, the Club also offers members special rates with a selection of partner services, including concierge, digital solutions and lifestyle services.
